Capital Program Management provided total owner rep. to the City of Homewood for its 15,000 sf replacement facility.  CPM’s services to the City included all manner of procurement and resource management including the facilitation of the tax exempt purchase approach and program.  The project site included a brownfield reclamation effort in which CPM provided support to the City for the re-opening of and cost reimbursement from the superfund claim.

The project was managed utilizing separate prime contracts for site and building development to take advantage of the “fast track” method of project delivery and eliminate the early unknowns associated with the brown-field site.
